Deposits & Payments
What you need to pay upfront
Coach Tours (4+ weeks out)
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due 4 weeks before departure.
Flight Tours
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking due to airline commitments.
Late Bookings (under 4 weeks)
If you are booking within 4 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Non-UK/EU cards: Cards issued outside the UK or EU (including Forex, pre-paid, and money transfer cards) will incur a 2% surcharge. Please check with your bank for additional charges they may apply.

Visit Our Office
Complete a booking form in person and hand it to our reservations team with payment by cheque, cash, or card. We are at 312 Harrow Road, Wembley, HA9 6LL.

Bank Transfer
Paying by bank transfer
If you are paying by bank transfer, you will be issued a booking reference number once your booking form has been received. This reference number must be quoted when making the transfer.
